While also providing the best standard of care possible with our sports medicine programs. Kinetix will be competitive in an already diluted market of insurances and therapy clinics by offering a model that bypasses insurance premiums and fees. Our efforts in bypassing the hoops of insurance will create a cost savings that is passed on to our clients. Tim Neal, MS, LAT, ATC
Owner & CEO

Tim Neal has practiced as a board certified (ATC) and licensed athletic trainer (LAT) since 2010, working with a variety of athletes from middle schools to professional leagues. He graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce, now East Texas A&M, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Master of Science in Kinesiology, Health, and Sports Studies. He began his career as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Texas A&M-Commerce, where one of his primary duties was caring for collegiate athletes participating in football and cheer. He also assisted with post-surgical rehab during this time. He has vast experience with the Arena Football League (AFL), the Indoor Football League (IFL), physical therapy, and has served as an athletic trainer at 2 different high schools. He started Kinetix Fitness & Sports Medicine in 2014 to pursue his vision of bringing fitness and sports medicine together, while assisting clients in bypassing the hoops of healthcare insurance. Since then, he has established a prominent sports medicine program in the DFW, North Texas area, serving over 50 different sport entities. In addition, he has opened a 4000 sqft gym located in Greenville TX. This facility offers sports medicine services, 24-hour gym access, sauna, red light therapy, and more. Tim continues to pursue his vision and grow the company, all while enjoying life with his wife and 2 children.

Jackie Fisher LAT, ATC
Director of Sports Medicine

Jackie has practiced as a licensed Athletic Trainer since 2009 and has been working with Kinetix Fitness & Sports Medicine since 2014. She graduated from Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training & Health. Jackie is a Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and licensed in Texas to practice Athletic Training (LAT). She began her career working with Tim creating a Sports Medicine Outreach program for Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in 2012. She has worked as the Head Athletic Trainer for the NBA G-League Team, the Texas Legends, for six years and spent a season in China working with the China Basketball Association. Jackie is fully dedicated to the prevention and care for all athletes at Kinetix Fitness & Sports Medicine.

Bailey Dixon - Personal Trainer
Owner of Dixon Training Co.

Bailey has been involved in many areas of the fitness/coaching industry. For almost a decade she has been coaching competitive gymnastics at multiple training facilities around the country. She has worked with kids of all ages, ranging from 3 to 18 years of age. Since obtaining her Personal Trainer License in 2021, Bailey has trained clients both online and in person along with teaching various classes such as H.I.I.T. and Strength & Conditioning. In addition to coaching gymnastics, she is also a highly rated judge of the sport for the state of Texas. Personally, Bailey has experience in training or competing in bikini bodybuilding, Crossfit, and powerlifting. She is the owner of Dixon Training Co., which officially launched in 2025, and has recently joined Kinetix with the drive to give clients a functional and healthy blueprint they can apply in their everyday routine.
